We accept returns only under the following conditions:
1. 📦 Unboxing Video is MANDATORY
Customer must record a clear unboxing video in the presence of the delivery person at the time of receiving the parcel.
Without an unboxing video, no return or refund request will be accepted — no exceptions.
2. ⏰ Return Window — 3 Days Only
Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery date.
Requests made after 3 days will not be entertained.
3. ✔️ Valid Reasons for Return:
Manufacturing defect (cutting mistake, stitching error, broken seam)
Wrong item delivered
Wrong size delivered (if size ordered matches invoice)
❌ NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS
Returns will NOT be accepted if:

❌ Product has been washed or dry cleaned
❌ Product has been worn and used
❌ Tags or labels have been removed
❌ Return request is made after 3 days
❌ Damage caused by customer mishandling
❌ Minor color variation due to screen/monitor difference
